The Mountain Music Festival 2026

Call it what you want – The Mountain Music Festival or Monsters on the Mountain – but it’s back for 2026. This every-other-year event runs August 21-23, 2026 and is sure to please those who love the musical mainstay here on Jham Session Radio.

Headliners this time around include Rick Springfield, Bret Michaels, and Pearcy/DeMartini (performing the music of RATT). Not to be outdone by Pearcy and DeMartini, George Lynch is back with a reformed Lynch Mob. The current iteration of Lynch Mob features Andrew Freeman on vocals, who has a hot-and-cold relationship with the crowd.

We’re stoked to see the return of Tora Tora, Dangerous Toys, The Cruel Intentions and Bad Marriage, a chance to catch another Faster Pussycat show. Faster nailed it earlier this year on the Monsters of Rock Cruise (MORC) and M3 Rock Festivals.

The flyer promises “More to come!” and we hope one of those is Stone Whiskey. The boys from Raleigh, NC killed it at the last Mountain Music Festival and well as this year’s MORC. We know they have fans ready to Scream For Rock.
